Established in 2019 Floating Dreams is one of North Wales'  balloon decorating company. We are a family run company with an eye for detail.  We love working alongside customers to make their visions become reality.

We are a bunch of creative women doing what we love. We have helped many people capture their floating dreams from birthdays to the big wedding day.
